and behavioral factors like a poor diet, a lack of physical
activity, genetics, metabolism, and their socioeconomic status. It's not
just a cosmetic concern but a complicated medical
problem that will increase the risk of some health
issues, like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood
pressure, cancer, sleep apnea, and osteoarthritis.
Treatment for obesity usually involves lifestyle modification
such as adopting a more healthy diet, increasing physical
activity, and behavior changes. In some cases,
medications or weight loss surgery might be recommended,
particularly when their poses serious health risks. However, prevention through healthy lifestyle changes
